Seasonal ingredients are prepared to highlight their flavors. Different menu suggestions are offered daily, featuring produce, rice and other ingredients grown by the chefs themselves.

Note: We use carefully selected, pesticide-free organic produce, and strive to offer dishes that are kind to the body, without the use of synthetic seasonings, preservatives or other additives.
Note that depending on the number of guests, a choice of starch (bread/rice) may not be available.
